Happy Wednesday! I hope everyone has a wonderful day! I took this picture on June 16th at Prentice Park, in Ashland, Wi.  All these little plants were sprouting all over this poor tree that got blown over, roots and all.  As the tree lay dying, life sprang up anew all around it and even on it.  Life and death are always present in the natural world, when one shows up the other is close behind.  The selective color mode worked well with this picture as it highlighted the green of life against the grey and black of death........................................PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
