This isn't exactly on of my picturs that I would put in a portfolio or frame since it looks amatuerish, yet this is one of the most puzzling things I've ever seen with my own two eyes.  This is a spider web/spider home in the porch area of my place of residence.  The puzzling thing is how a very tiny insect could make a STONE house suspended by nothing but little strands of web.  Because of it's location it is extremely hard to get a good picture of it.  I have been doing some research and have yet to find anything close to this on the internet or in any book.  I am tempted to let the thing bite me (ala Peter Parker) because this spider has to be radioactive or alien or something.  I have seen and read about the crazy stuff animals/insects can do but I have never read about a stone working spider.  Perhaps the wind blew down his straw and wood house so he followed the little piggies advice and went with stone.  Who knows, all I know is that I will continue to scrutinize this thing until I figure out what it is, if any of you readers have a clue please email or facebook me. I am going to try to get some better pictures before this thing gets swept away by the winter storms we will undoubtly get sooner or later.  Take a look at this picture and realize that those are rocks intertwined with spidr web about six feet in the air, this thing is truelly amazing and it shows just how industrious and intellegent natural life can really be.
