Happy Friday! I have posted this picture before but I figured since Spring Training officially started what the heck. This picture is just one of the many reasons why I love the game of baseball so much. While standing by the railing taking pictures of the players stretching the little boy in the picture kept yelling for Carlos Gomez (Brewers centerfielder) and after a few minutes the kid and I got a huge surprise as Carlos actually made his way over. He immediately grabbed the kids baseball, signed it and then asked the boy's Father if he wanted to get a picture. Right there with the snap of my camera I caught one of the greatest moments in a child's life, meeting his idol. Look at his smile, after the picture Carlos shook the boys hand then came over to me and signed the very baseball hat I was wearing. Every game is different and you never know what might happen at the ballpark, moments like this are ones that you never forget and I was just glad to be at the right place and the right time. I usually don't take pictures of people but I'm happy I took this one. Another baseball season is just over a month away and I cannot wait. Have a great weekend and I shall be back on Monday................
