Happy Monday! I figured I'd stick to the Fall theme since I have no choice but to accept that summer is over.  I took this one today while we were out getting a pumpkin.  I had forgotten to switch the camera from selective color mode and I'm actually happy that I did because this is the end result.  I'm sitting here at my computer listening to Eminem on youtube while my son sits on my lap.  I sit here looking at this picture, holding my youngest child realizing that even as the world falls apart all around me, I have never been more alive and ready for life.  I fear ebola, I fear the violence and social disorder that is tearing humanity apart and most of all I fear the future my children will have to live in.  I find myself holding him a little tighter as I try not to look too far ahead, he doesn't deserve to live in the shithole the past generations are leaving him, no one deserves that and although I have no idea how, I truly want to make this world a better place for him and all the future generations in the and I know I am not alone.  All across the world people are beginning to wake up to how horrible and unjust this world is and with a little hope, faith and awareness perhaps there still is a chance to make things better.  I have chosen to adopt a more positive outlook at life and I have decided to try not to let the outside world anger me as much as it does.  I need to concentrate on the people around me and the future we are building together one day at a time.  Summer may be over and the cold chill of winter is right around the corner but I haven't been this optimistic in a long time and I plan on staying this way for a while, in the meantime I plan on continuing to spread the beauty of nature for all to enjoy for  quite a while longer............PEACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
