I took this one a while back, I was using the selective color effect on the camera for one of the first times.  I like the way the colors look in this one, it gives it the feel of autumn which was when I took it.  I had a great birthday weekend and it was fun to get out of my shell for a night but I am glad things like that only happen once a year because I am more than happy being locked in my apartment with my wife and cats a lot more than being out in public.  There used to be a time when I never even wanted to be in the house and I would find any reason to not be home, but now I feel more comfortable editing my pictures or making my movies more than interacting with the public.  I don’t mean it as a slight or anything, I have great friends and family that I don’t mind spending time with it is just that I have come to value my privacy and my home time.  I do enjoy having people I can hang out with and I am glad I have options in the future if I am ever bored but the way my body feels from a night of partying makes me realize I am not a young man anymore! I think it will take a full year to recover from this birthday anyway.  I want to thank everyone for the birthday wishes and the awesome weekend.  I look forward to another awesome year and now the countdown to baseball begins for me.  I hope everyone stays warm while we suffer through the inevitable week of intolerable minus degree weather and I will be back in full swing tomorrow, until then PEACE!!!!!
